Knocked-out tooth (Avulsion)
Permanent tooth knocked out by trauma. Root tissues dry out rapidly; keep tooth in milk immediately.
Severe facial swelling (Cellulitis risk)
Swelling in cheeks, lips, or gums spreading to eyes or neck. Indicates spreading deep clinical infection.

Fractured / broken tooth
Chipped or cracked tooth exposing the inner nerve tissue (visible pink or red spot). Urgent repair is needed.
Lost filling or dental crown

IMMEDIATE RESPONSE PROTOCOLS
Actions to take within the first critical minutes before arriving at our Mirpur-14 chamber.
PRESERVATION
For a knocked-out tooth, handle only by the crown (top). Do not scrub the root. Store in milk or fresh saliva immediately.
SWELLING CONTROL
Apply a cold compress or ice pack to the outside of your cheek for 10-minute intervals to reduce facial swelling.
PAIN CONTROL
Rinse gently with warm salt water. Avoid placing aspirin directly on the gums as this causes chemical tissue burns.
SECURE SLOT
Call our emergency numbers. We reserve daily flexible buffer slots specifically to treat emergency walk-ins immediately.
